How fast is regular delivery?
The production time for our tables, benches, and chairs is approximately 15–16 weeks, depending on the material. Delivery within the UK typically takes an additional 1 week. Larger pieces may require a longer production time.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date and time with you. Please make sure you provide us with contact details (phone number and address) upon ordering so we can contact you to arrange delivery as quickly as possible.
If I have ordered several items, will they all be delivered at once?
Mostly, your items will be delivered together. Occasionally they will arrive separately, but this is not the norm. We like to track our carbon footprint as much as possible, that’s why we’re dedicated to making as few deliveries to you as possible.
How can I change my delivery address?

Can I provide additional delivery instructions?
You can provide detailed delivery instructions when we arrange the courier and delivery process with you. Any instructions you have should be given to us either via telephone or email.
How will I know when the delivery will happen?
How expensive is the delivery?
The delivery is free to the room of your choice. If you would like white glove delivery with installation, it costs a flat rate of £75. For available postcodes, please get in touch. This service is available for GB customers.
How will my items be delivered?
Some items are delivered flat-packed to ensure safe transport. Assembly requirements vary by product and size. Where assembly is required, it is kept minimal and designed to be straightforward.
Where do you ship to?
Hardman Design ship across the World. Whilst delivery times are different between Europe and the rest of the World, we take custom orders from many countries outside of Europe. Included in the price is shipping to GB mainland, this does not include any island locations or Northern Island.
Delivery: Useful information
We kindly draw your attention to the following important guidelines regarding delivery:
- In the event of any damages to your order, it is imperative that you report such incidents within a 24-hour period following the delivery. This report must be accompanied by photographic evidence of the said damages.
- Prior to endorsing the Proof of Delivery (POD), we strongly advise a meticulous inspection of the product and its packaging. Should there be any damages, it is crucial that these are duly recorded on the POD prior to your signature. Failure to document any such damages on the POD or to report them within the aforementioned 24-hour period will render any subsequent claims inadmissible and void.
- Furthermore, please be advised that any errors relating to the production of the ordered item(s) must be communicated to us within the specific time frame as outlined on our website.
